International Orders

International Orders

We do ship to most international addresses. If you bill or ship an order to an international address, please read the policies below to ensure a satisfactory ordering process. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT EXCEED $500.00 USD IN MERCHANDISE unless shipped via FedEx or Express USPS. International orders also must be billed and shipped to the same verified address. These policies do not apply to customers at APO/FPO addresses as these addresses are considered to be within the United States.

Due to restrictions placed on our company by Customs and some of our vendors, the following items and brands will not be shipped to addresses outside of the United States;

Shipping Charges and Customs Fees USPS & FedEX Shipping 

Please be aware that the receiver fully is responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, and customs fees that apply to the order. These fees can be very costly, and at times they can be more than the merchandise itself. These fees are imposed by sources outside of TOG and the company accepts no responsibility for the amount of these fees. Free shipping and free return shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Please note that our online shipping rate calculator may not always be accurate when you place your order initially. If any changes need to be made to the shipping cost for your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department

USPS & FedEX Shipping

We are able to ship international orders via USPS Global Express or Priority Mail and FedEx Worldwide Express/Expedited. We will ship USPS First Class to most countries as long as the total shipping weight is under 4 pounds.  USPS First Class Mail does not have true tracking to most countries and orders can't be tracked.

U.S Regulations and Laws Customs 

We are required to observe and follow all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws. Please be aware that all UPS packages shipped outside of the United States are subject to a Broker’s fee that is imposed directly by UPS. The receiver is completely responsible for paying all related fees to the carrier.

Please note that due to additional paperwork and custom’s forms required for international orders, they can take an additional 2-3 business days to process in our warehouse.


TOG accepts no responsibilities regarding any delays caused by the customer’s Customs Department. The process of a package processing through Customs can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks. TOG has no control over this situation and cannot reroute or refund any packages that are held up in Customs.

TOG assumes no responsibilities regarding any exchange rate fees or differences from charges and/or credits..

Lost/Abandoned/Damage Packages

TOG will not assume any responsibility for lost, damaged or abandoned international shipments. If your package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for reconciling all lost/damaged items and/or fees with the carrier company. TOG will not be held responsible for any lost merchandise that is left unclaimed with Customs or with FedEx/USPS.

Merchandise seized by Customs due to your failure to follow your local import regulations will not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all compliance with your country’s regulations.

If a package is refused by the customer or left unclaimed, it will usually be rerouted back to TOG This will impose a series of shipping fees, custom fees and fuel charges on TOG which will in turn be charged directly to the customer. Any and all incurred fees will be charged to the credit card on file used to originally purchase the order. Should these fees exceed the value of the order and merchandise,TOG and/or USPS or FedEx may choose to abandon the package. TOG is not responsible for issuing any refund in this situation.

By placing your international order with us, you are thereby agreeing to all the above conditions. You are acknowledging that you are completely responsible for any and all additional fees and penalties incurred for international orders and you are fully aware that L.A. Police Gear, Inc. will not refund any monies for incurred fees and taxes as well as lost, damaged, unclaimed or refused items.


tems will ship within 24hrs of payment Monday-Friday.  Shipping time will differ from location and your customs. 

1-First Class Air Mail-does NOT have true tracking or insurance- average shipping time 3-8 weeks

2-Flat Rate Priortiy Mail- does NOT have tracking or insurance- average shipping time 3-6 weeks

3- Regular Priority Mail- WILL HAVE tracking and insurance- average shipping time 2-4 weeks

4-Express Mail- WILL HAVE tracking and insurance-average shipping time 1-2 weeks.

  If the item has not arrived within this time take the customs/tracking number I provide to you, to your post or customs office. Most of the time the item can be located there using the customs/tracking number. 


Depending on your location International First Class Air and International Priority Air Mail can take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive. This is due to your customs or post office delays. 


I CAN NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING TIME OF YOUR ORDER. I ship it fast and it’s up to your customs and post to get it to you.  Please do not get upset with me about the time the item spends getting trough customs.  If there is any problem with your order, please email me and I will help.   

Tracking and Customs Numbers & USPS First Class Air Mail

It is not uncommon for the US Post Office not to scan the package on the way out.  This will cause the tracking/customs to read “Electronic Shipping Info Received” but gives no further details.  This does not mean that your package is not on the way. 

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. .  The numbers provided are delivery and customs #’s.  Only Express Mail will have true tracking.
